After Studying make up, TV special effects and hair styling in London and Los Angeles, Akgun worked in Tokyo for two years. Akgun is trained in airbrush make up techniques and for high definition TV work. Currently he is living in London and working as a freelance make-up artist.
He is known for his unique colour choices, and his ability to sculpt and transform faces with suitable make-up applications.
He gives cosmetics and make-up style counseling to individuals and groups. He also gives bridal make over and grooming services.
"Over the last 8 years, apart from the fashion shoots I`ve done for TV and magazines, I`ve given full make overs to more than five thousand women and men at studios in London and internationally. I love what I do, and take my job very seriously. It`s great to see clients` reactions, the make-over can transform their look completely, and I like to make them feel and look their best."
